Sam smashed his Personal Best

Sam Downie, the youngest member of Team Scotland at the Commonwealth Games smashed his personal bests time during his Commonwealth Games debut in the pool.  The East Lothian Swim Team Member finished sixth in the S9 100m backstroke final.
